Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding legal agreement between you and the operator of KnowMe ("we," "us," "the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

The Service lets creators build a personal quiz, share it with friends, and receive a light, non-clinical summary of friends' perception powered by AI. It is provided for entertainment only.

2. Minimum age

The Service is for users aged 16 and older. If you are under this age, please do not use the Service. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 16.

3. Content accuracy & disclaimer

The analyses, summaries and rankings in the Service (including any AI output) are NOT professional, medical, psychological or therapeutic opinions of any kind. They are provided "AS IS" for entertainment only. Do not rely on them for important decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damage arising from use of the Service.

4. User content

The creator consents that the name they provide and their friends' guesses will be stored and processed solely to provide the Service. All input is the responsibility of the inputter. No abusive, misleading or illegal content is permitted.

5. Payments & refunds

Payments are one-time unlock fees. The refund policy is on a separate page. Payments are processed by PayPal — we do not store card details.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service for harassment, harm, defamation, or collecting personal information about people without their consent. You may not circumvent security or payment mechanisms.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service, including code, design and questions, are ours. Friend guesses remain theirs — we receive a license to process them for the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction is in the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
