Refund Policy
The Service is digital content that is "consumed" the instant it's unlocked: as soon as the friends results or personality reading is shown, it has been delivered and can't be "returned."
EU consumer rights (Directive 2011/83/EU)
Under the Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on a non-tangible medium once performance has begun with your express consent. By unlocking, you give that consent.
When we do issue refunds
- A technical failure on our side resulted in payment without the result being shown.
- Accidental duplicate charge.
- Payment by someone who was not the legitimate holder of the quiz link.
To request a refund: contact us with your PayPal transaction ID within 14 days. We respond within 5 business days.
